Our quality department plays a key role in our rigorous control of manufactured components and assemblies. Our standard practice of in-process and post-process inspection checks reduce waste, reduce cost and maintain the expected high standards demanded by our customers.
The use of Advanced Product Quality Planning tools such as Failure Mode Affect Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is vital to our organisation. This ensures we produce reliable and repeatable components, assemblies and manufacturing processes.

Investment
Regular investment is key to ensure we have the latest equipment (such as our Keyence and Aberlink CMM) and skills to ensure we maintain our ability to produce components right first time.
