Acquisition of Rowan Precision Limited
Glenn Aston and Jaz Khunkun, through their company OSYS Rowan Limited, have successfully acquired 100% of the shares of Standtrade Limited and its subsidiary Rowan Precision Limited. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for both OSYS Rowan and Rowan Precision, building upon their initial 50% purchase of Standtrade Limited shares in May 2021.

Rowan Precision Limited, founded by Martin Barker on 17 May 1984, has been a cornerstone in the precision engineering industry for four decades. Under Martin’s leadership, the company has grown from humble beginnings to become a leading name in precision manufacturing, known for its commitment to innovation and quality
Transition and Continuity
Martin Barker will continue to play a vital role in the company until his retirement on 30 April 2025. Following his retirement, Martin will transition to an advisory role, providing his invaluable expertise on a consultancy basis. This arrangement ensures a smooth transition and the preservation of the company’s rich heritage.
